Ben Heinrich
Ben is a well-known and highly regarded real estate expert in the Carmel area, covering Carmel-by-the-Sea, Pebble Beach, Carmel Valley, Big Sur, and the Monterey Peninsula. Following five years of Air Force Jet Instructor pilot training, Ben and Carole moved to the Monterey Peninsula. Ben has been active in the community, serving as President of the Carmel Harrison Memorial Library Foundation and President of the Monterey County Boys and Girls Clubs. He currently serves on the Board of the Carmel Bach Festival, and is proud to have organized an annual local poetry competition for kids. Ben is a committed statewide sponsor in the building science areas of passive homes and sustainable construction practices. He is a recognized leader in the marketing of healthier homes and smart home technologies, and his latest passion is studying and teaching the complexities of California water and housing development.
